It is made using 100% cotton fabric. You choose with color liner fabric, size and nose clip option. I'm wearing the med/large and have plenty of room around my mouth. It measures approximately 9”inside (from ear to ear) the mask. You should measure from just in front of one ear to the other crossing your nose.
